CLE |  RESCHEDULED! Annual Succession Law CLE –“The Latest Developments”

When:   Thursday 8 August 2019
Time:     5.30pm (commencing promptly) to 6.30pm
Where:  Toowoomba Central Library Conference Rooms (Level 3, corner of Victoria and Herries Street, Toowoomba City).

“Succession Law” (wills, estates, informal testamentary documents, Statutory Will applications, family provision and the like) is a significant, and growing, area of legal practice.   

This year, the rescheduled CLE will be co-presented by Richard Williams TEP (Barrister, Brisbane Chambers) and Phillip Sorensen TEP (Barrister, Level 15, Inns of Court, Brisbane).   
A detailed handout paper will be provided, and the speakers will focus on the important cases from Queensland and elsewhere, from a practical perspective, explaining the impact of these developments.
